When should I expect to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is 5-7 business day from the order date. Depending on the workload and supplies, it may take longer. Your order will ship via USPS once it has been processed. During high demand, orders will take 7-14 business days to ship. The processing time on bulk orders will vary and will be discussed via electronic communication.
Can I return an item?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if an item is defective or damaged we will exchange it for the same type of product and size. (Due to Covid-19, exchanges are currently not being accepted.)
My items are damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Once a package has been scanned by the delivery service for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the buyer and shipping company. However, if an item is defective or damaged REPORT ISSUE TO KAPCLOTHINGBRAND IMMEDIATELY we will replace/refund item depending on circumstances. (AFTER 3 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING THE ITEM, exchanges WILL NOT not be accepted.) If during shipping, your package is delayed, lost or damaged KAPCLOTHINGBRAND is not responsible for and will not issue a replacement. KAPCLOTHINGBRAND does our best to carefully pack, using protective packaging and to ship your order out in a timely manner. We will not compensate for any loss or damages caused by delays or any mishandling of your package by the shipping carrier or otherwise.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed 5-7 business day from the order date. During high demand, orders will take 7-14 business days to ship. Your order will ship out after the processing time. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. Orders will be updated with tracking numbers once it is shipped out. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provided. We ship with USPS. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. Priority Mail Express: Takes 1-2 business days and comes with $100 of insurance.

Can I get my order the next day?
If you need to place a rush order please use the “Contact Us” feature to send an email. If your order can be processed, it will be an additional $10 per item.
Can I bring my own shirt?
KAPCLOTHINGBRAND uses specific shirts to provide quality merchandise. In order to minimize the possibility of errors or issues arising, we will supply shirts for your custom items. In the rare occasion that you are allowed to bring your own shirt, KAPCLOTHINGBRAND will not offer any guarantees on the product due to us not being familiar with your brand. Also, if you are allowed to bring your own shirt it must be brand new.

What are the care instructions for KAPCLOTHINGBRAND apparel?
Please follow these instructions to maintain the best quality of your apparel:
Wash inside out with cold water with similar color using a gentle cycle.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
If ironing is necessary, iron inside out on the lowest setting. Never iron on the printed area directly.
