Refund and Returns Policy
All sales are FINAL. Custom made items are made to order and are nonrefundable. On all custom orders a proof will be provided for your approval, once that approval is received, changes will not be made due to orders being processed after approval.
Defective items will be given consideration on a case by case basis.
Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed 5-7 business day from the order date. However, custom orders are processed 7-14 business days from the order date depending on current workload. Once an item has been accepted by USPS or UPS, Kap Clothing Brand is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive an email or text (if you selected that option) with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before check out to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available via Priority Mail and is highly recommended. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. We ship with USPS or UPS. First Class Mail: Takes 2-5 business days. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days and comes with $50 of insurance. Please note that these timeframes start after our processing time.

Please be aware that photos of your items are subjected to be displayed on my Kap Clothing Brand social media pages as advertisement. If this is an issue, please communicate that with us.
